Our Delivery Terms and Conditions are as follows:
- Once your order is received, our warehouse team will prepare it for courier dispatch within 2-3 working days. Following the pickup by the courier, the delivery period typically spans between 3 to 10 days.
- Delivery times might be extended during sales periods, holidays, and unexpected situations like severe weather conditions.
- Deliveries are exclusively conducted on weekdays only, excluding weekends and Public Holidays
