- This campaign is organised by PETSUPPLY.MY and is valid only on purchases made via petsupply.my during the campaign period.
- By participating, customers agree to all terms and conditions stated below.

- All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.
2. RM50 Touch ‘n Go Credit Giveaway
- A total of 66 winners will be selected throughout the campaign period.
- 22 winners will be selected each month (May, June, July).
- Each winner will receive RM50 Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet credit.
- Winners will be randomly selected from eligible orders placed within each respective month.
- Winners will be announced monthly on PETSUPPLY.MY official channels.
- PETSUPPLY.MY reserves the right to request winner verification details before prize fulfilment.
3. RM20 + RM20 Store Credit Giveaway
- A total of 66 winners will be selected throughout the campaign period.
- 22 winners will be selected each month (May, June, July).
- Each winner will receive RM40 store credit (RM20 x 2).
- Store credits are valid for use on PETSUPPLY.MY only and are subject to expiry dates.
- Winners will be randomly selected from eligible orders placed within each respective month.
- Winners will be announced monthly on PETSUPPLY.MY official channels.
4. Grand Prize: Golden Charm Giveaway
- A total of 4 winners will be selected for the Golden Charm prize.
- To qualify, customers must:
- Purchase Le Gourmet and/or Delizios products
- Make at least one qualifying purchase in each month (May, June, and July 2026)
- Customers who purchase only in one or two months will not be eligible.
- Winners will be selected after the campaign ends and announced accordingly.
- PETSUPPLY.MY reserves the right to verify purchase records before confirming winners.
5. Anniversary Rebate Vouchers
- The following vouchers are available during the campaign period:
- RM22 OFF (minimum spend RM150)
- RM10 OFF (minimum spend RM80)
- RM5 OFF (minimum spend RM30)
- PETSUPPLY.MY reserves the right to amend voucher mechanics at any time.
6. Gift With Purchase (GWP)
- Free gifts are available while stocks last and are not exchangeable.
- GWP mechanics:

- Free gifts will be automatically included in eligible orders.

7. Eligibility
- This campaign is open to all customers with valid purchases on PETSUPPLY.MY.
- Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders will not be eligible for participation or rewards.
- PETSUPPLY.MY reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud or abuse.
8. Prize Fulfilment
- Winners may be contacted via email, phone, or other provided contact details.
- Failure to respond within the given timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- PETSUPPLY.MY will not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete customer information.
9. Liability
- PETSUPPLY.MY shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay related to the campaign rewards.
