How do I place an order?

Shop with PetSupply is easy, follow these simple steps:

1. Access PetSupply website (https://petsupply.my/)
2. Look for the products you want, click the “Add to Cart” button along with your desired quantity.
3. To review your cart, tap the Cart icon at the upper right corner of the screen.

When you are ready to place order

1. Login to your PetSupply account to collect rewards points, if you do not have one may create it.
2. Select preferred shipping method (ship to door / pick up from site)
3. Apply any applicable 'Discount Code' for discounts. Ensure accurate entry of the code for successful application.
4. Fill in your delivery address, click continue to shipping
5. Double check with your order item and shipping rates before proceed payment

When you are ready to pay 

1. Click continue to payment and pay now
2. Select your preferred payment method and proceed with the payment. 

Congratulations, your order has been successfully placed! We're now preparing your products for shipping, and you can expect them to arrive at your doorstep within 2 working days. If you've chosen a pick-up option, we'll reach out to you to confirm the details.
